摘要
在传统的失效分析步骤中加入对破损件的有限元分析 ,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对挤压机模头进行应力分析 ,得出模头容易发生失效的危险区域 ,再利用后续检测手段来确定其失效的主要原因 ,并在此基础上选择材料和确定加工工艺。
FEM analysis is introduced into the traditional process, stress will be firstly calculated by ANSYS to predict the latent dangerous region, then return to the traditional step to find the main reasons of failure, new materials and heat treatment technology can also be determined based on this.
