摘要
在标准分析方法中 ,采用原子荧光分光光度法测定水中砷、硒、汞所用的标准溶液系列必须每次配制 ,给工作带来很大的不方便。本文提出了用H2 SO4-NaCl混合液作为稀释剂来配制砷、硒、汞三种元素混合标准溶液。实验证明 ,将该法配制的混合标准溶液用于原子荧光分光光度法同时测定水中砷、硒、汞 ,精密度和检出限均达到标准分析方法的要求 ,混合标准溶液可稳定十二周 。
For the standard analytical method, the series of standard solution for the determination of As, Se and Hg in water by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry must be prepared for every test. This paper proposes a new method which can prepare mixed standard solution by using H 2SO 4-NaCl as diluent for the simultaneous determination of As, Se and Hg in water. It is shown that the accuracy and detection limit agree well with the requirement of standard analytical method. The mixed solution is stable for 12 weeks and the method is economic and timesaving.
