小剂量曲马多静注行气管插管对血流动力学和血糖的影响

目的 观察小剂量曲马多静注行气管内插管时对血流动力学和血糖的影响。方法 5 0例腹部手术全麻患者 ,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级 ,随机分为曲马多组 (T组 )和对照组 (C组 ) ,每组各 2 5例 ,诱导平稳后C组和T组分别静注NS 0 0 1ml/kg和曲马多 1mg/kg进行气管插管 ,分别在用药前、用药后、气管插管即时记录脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2 )、平均动脉压 (MAP)及心率 (HR) ,并在上述时点分别抽取静脉血测定血糖浓度。结果 C组围气管插管期发生明显的心血管反应 ,血压、心率和血糖较T组升高 ,两组比较 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 气管插管前静注小剂量曲马多能有效地预防心血管反应 ,降低体内血糖水平。

Objective To study the effects of introvenous tramal before endotracheal intubation on hemodynamics and blood sugar. Methods 50 Patients,ASA score Ⅰ～Ⅱ,Scheduled for elective belly operation were randomly allocated into two groups:controlled group (group C,n=25),tramal group (group T,n=25).SpO 2?MAP and HR were recorded pre,postmedication of tramal or normal saline and at time of endotracheal intubation.At the above time points,venous blood samples were collected simultaneously to determine the level of blood sugar. Results Obvious cardiac response occurred in group C during endotracheal intubation.Compared with group T,BP,HR and the level of blood sugar increased in group C,P<0.05. Conclusion Introvenous small dose of tramal before endotracheal intubation could effectively depress obvious cardiac response and decreased the level of blood sugar.
