摘要
劳动争议仲裁时效制度是我国《劳动法》上的一项重要制度。实施该项制度应明确劳动争议仲裁时效与 诉讼时效的关系,正确把握仲裁时效的起算时间和仲裁时效的中止、中断的适用问题。
Labor disputed arbitrary prescription system is an important system in labor law. The implementation of the system should make clear the relationship between labor disputed arbitrary prescription and lawsuit prescripting and correctly make sure of the beginning time of arbitrary prescription and the termination and the suspension of arbitrary prescription.
