诱惑侦查是各国广泛运用的一种侦查手段,但必须设定严格的适用范围,如限于毒品、武器交易、伪造货 币或有价证卷等重大复杂案件及无特定被害人的隐蔽性犯罪案件,还必须建立相应的程序机制,从而在立法上确立 其现实合理性及其界限。

Seduction investigation is a widespread means of all countries. We should restrict its range of application,such as drugs,arms transaction,offense of counterfeiting bank notes and negotiable securities and establish corresponding mechanism to determine its rationalization and limitation.
