社会对人才的需求呈现出更加注重多样化和个性化的特征。为适应社会发展需要,教学管理应转变教 学管理思想,采用创新性教学管理方式,注重目标管理和参与管理,提高教学管理队伍素质,实现管理现代化。
The demands for qualified personnel have the characteristics of diversities and individualities. In order to meet the needs of social development, we should transform the concepts of teaching management, adopt creative teaching management mode, attach importance to goal management, improve teaching staff's quality and realize the modernization of management.
