摘要
运球技术是篮球技术中最重要的技术之一,而控制球技术又是运球技术的关键。应通过运球基本技术 的训练,特别是加强强弱侧手的练习,将球牢牢地控制住,使运球技术运用自如。
Dribble technique is the most important in basketball. While controlling the ball is the crux of the techniques needed in carrying the ball. We should master the techniques of controlling the ball skillfully and flexibly by means of training the basic skills and strengthening the exercises of both hands.
