党的十六大提出的“全面小康”概念,是我党三代领导集体认识逐步深化的结晶,渗透着中国人民的理想、意愿和情感,内涵着未来20年我国现代化建设多种规定性的统一,勾画出了我们未来发展的图景。
The concept of 'a comprehensively comfortable standard of living' put forward in the 16[th] session is the crystallization of the collective leadership of three generations, shows the ideals, wills and emotions of Chinese, indicates the unification of multi-formulations of our modernization in the future 20 years and draws the outline of our prospect of future development.
