摘要
发展社会主义政治文明,必须坚持社会主义政治文明建设与党的建设相一致,法治与德治相结合,提高 党的领导水平和执政能力,提高拒腐防变能力,全面推进社会主义政治文明建设和党的建设的新的伟大工程。
To develop socialist political civilization, we should insist on the consistence of socialist civilization establishment with Party building and the combination of rule by law with rule by morals to promote the leading standard of Party and the ability of being in power, improve the ability of repelling the corrupting influence and push forward the new great project of socialist civilization establishment and Party building.
