The thought of Deng Xiao-ping's new type Party relationship is put forward on the basis of historical experiences which summed up form the previous relationship with other parties by the Communist Party of China and with development as the motif of the times. There are three distinct features in Deng Xiao-ping's thought of new type party relationship: stick to the four principles of Party relationship,secure political safety and promote economic development,base on domestic building and perform international responsibility.
