大学毕业生就业市场具有为毕业生、用人单位双向选择提供社会化公共服务的中介场所的作用。理顺 就业市场关系,需发挥好毕业生、用人单位、高校、政府部门等市场要素的作用。要加强就业市场法规建设,加强就业 指导,加强信息这一无形市场的建设,实现人力资源的优化配置。
The job market for graduates serves as an intermediary place for both graduates and units which employ them. We should give full play to the market factors, such as graduates, units, universities and government departments to rationalize relations in the job market. Meanwhile, we should strengthen the establishment of laws and regulations in job market, stress the guidance in job seeking and the establishment of the invisible market of information to realize the optimization of human resources.
