摘要
目标管理应用于教师考核,会提高教师工作效率。制定目标内容要实事求是。要加强对目标实现情况 的检查和等级评定。
The application of goal management in the assessment of teachers can promote teachers' efficiencey. The determination ,of goal contents should be practical,in the meantime,we should strengthen the check of its putting into practice and the evaluation of grades.
