Ponderations the Establishment of Teacher Staffs in PE Course in University

普通高校体育学科师资队伍建设在师德教育、队伍结构等方面存在着问题和不足,加强体育师资队伍建设应强化师德规范,严把质量关,加大培训力度,完善内部管理机制,使其适应新形势的要求。

There exist problems in moral education and structure of ranks in the establishment in teacher staffs in PE course in university. To strengthen the establishment of teacher staffs,we should intensify the norms of morality,control the quality,increase training and perfect inner management mechanism to the needs of new situation.
