摘要 [目的]通过对部分在校大学生进行膳食营养调查,了解大学生的营养知识、饮食行为现况及其之间的关系.[方法]采用问卷调查方法,对在校大学生1238人进行营养知识、饮食行为调查.[结果]大学生对营养知识缺乏全面深入的了解,学生在选择食物时也很少考虑食物的营养价值或自身的营养需要.[结论]应采取多种形式对大学生加强营养知识的宣传和饮食行为的正确引导. [Objective] To investigate the nourishment knowledge that students mastered and their relations we made an investment on the current food condition that offered by the university restaurant. [ Method ] The research method was to let students to answer some questions on paper about the nourishment knowledge and current food condition of theuniversity. 1238 students were requested. [ Results ] Most university students lack the knowledge of nourishment,and when they selecting food,they scarcely knew the nourishment wuality of the food as well as the nourishment necessities to themselves. [Conclusions ] For the enhancement of the nourishment knowledge of students, university students should be educated by various forms in order to use the nourishment knowledge correctly , and also to guide them in selecting food necessarly.
