摘要
概述了近年来SnO2粉体及SnO2掺杂体系粉体的液相制备的研究近况。利用化学液相法能够制备出 晶体结构完整、粒径分布范围窄、团聚少、粉体分散性能良好的纳米SnO2粉体以及SnO2掺杂体系粉体。
The recent development of the study on the SnO2 powders and SnO2-based doping powders has been reviewed. It could gained high dispersive, high degree of crystallinity, well-controlled morphology, high-purity and narrow particle size distribution SnO2 nano-powders and SnO2-based doping nano-powders by liquid chemical methods.
