摘要
非正式信息传播方式是组织内存在的一种信息传播方式 ,具有失真大、传播快、误信度高、规模反差效应、反馈迅速、选择性和目的性强等特点 ,其产生的根源大致有管理制度不健全、非正式组织的存在、组织内部分工、权力分配、利益分配不公和传播者心理问题等。会对管理制度、人力资源管理、组织文化、人际关系等造成很大的危害。在此探讨了从正反两个方面对其进行管理。其对策是建立良好的信息传播体系、组织文化、有关奖惩制度 ,引导非正式组织的信息传播 。
Informal information transmission is a model exists in the organization characterized by great distortion,fast transmission,strong misdirection,quick feedback,clear selectivity and aim.It is resulted in unsound management rule,informal organization,unfair distribution of authority and benefit,and disseminators’ psychological problem.Informal information transmission endangers management rule,human resource management,organization and culture,and people’s relationship.This paper expounds how to manage it from positive and negative side,and suggests the countermeasure builds good information transmission system,organization and culture,and rewards and punishment rule to lead information transmission of informal organization and finally finds the management problem in informal information transmission.
