摘要
本文主要论述了图书馆员发展指标考评的意义、目前存在的主要问题、建立科学的发展指标考评体系的三点建议。图书馆员发展指标考评要以图书馆人力资源管理的总体规划为纲领 ,考评内容要区别对待、分类指导 ,并努力构筑学习型图书馆 。
This thesis duscusses the importance,main problems and three measures to establish scientific librarian development target assessment system.Library development traget assessment should be based on the overall manpower resource management program,content of which should be distinctive among different librarians,and much attention should be paid to the actual effect of librarian’s study and science activity.
