Human Rights Prescribed by the Constitution and Information Freedom

人权入宪给当今中国带来很多的影响 ,图书馆应该在推动中国人权向前发展中发挥出自己应有的作用。本文结合《联合国人权宪章》和国际图联《格拉斯哥宣言》关于信息和知识自由的表述 ,讨论了我国图书馆在这个问题上的现状 。

The paper discusses information freedom and intellectual freedom in library with Universal Declaration of Human Rights and The Glasgow Declaration.And put forword a viewpoint that information and intellectual freedom are mission of library.
