摘要
介绍了结构化反应器的设计理念和催化剂的制备技术,说明了结构化反应器在废气净化、催化燃烧以及逆流操作的滴流床等方面应用的优势,并对结构化反应器的应用前景进行了评述。
Structured catalytic reactors have recently been applied with a surprisingly rapid speed in almost all industrial catalysis fields. These reactors have been regarded to have a great potential in multiphase catalytic reactions. The most attracting structured reactors include monolithic structure, space assembled catalyst bodies and membrane reactors. This review gives a general description of the field, and emphasized on preparation and application of structured catalysts. Several successful applications, e.g. automotive exhaust pollution abatement, catalytic combustion, countercurrent trickle bed reaction and catalytic distillation are discussed with some details. Perspectives of structured reactors for enabling breakthroughs in applied catalysis and chemical industry are outlined.
