摘要
以异丁烯和乙醇为原料,HF酸改性USY分子筛(HF/USY)为催化剂,在固定床反应器中合成乙基叔丁基醚(ETBE)。在相同的操作条件下,分别以酸性树脂A-15、Hβ分子筛、USY分子筛和HF/USY为催化剂进行对比实验。结果表明,HF酸改性的USY分子筛催化剂具有较好的活性和选择性,HF酸对USY分子筛的改性作用明显。以HF/USY为催化剂,分别考察了温度、空速、压力等工艺条件对乙醇转化率和ETBE选择性的影响,得到适宜的醚化操作条件:温度110℃、空速(WHSV)5.0h-1、压力1.8MPa。在适宜的操作条件下,考察了催化剂的稳定性。实验结果表明,催化剂能够在短时间内迅速达到较高的反应活性,催化剂的单程寿命可以达到60h。催化剂重复使用3次,催化活性无明显降低。
USY molecular sieve was modified by impregnating in HF acid (HF/USY). Ethyl-tert-butyl ether (ETBE) was synthesized from ethylalcohol and isobutene on HF/USY catalyst in fixed-bed reactor. Comparison tests showed that HF/USY catalyst had higher reactivity than other tested catalysts in etherification. Effects of temperature, space velocity and pressure on conversion of ethylalcohol and selectivity of ETBE were studied. Optimal operation parameters for etherification were: temperature 110°C , space velocity (WHSV) 5 h-1, and pressure 1.8 MPa. Under optimal reaction conditions, catalyst reached highest reactivity rapidly within 10 h and could be used steadily for 60 h. Catalyst might be reused three times and its activity would substantially maintain.
