摘要
介绍了高活性气相法聚乙烯SLC-G催化剂的开发和工业化应用情况.工业应用表明,SLC-G催化剂活性高,在非冷凝操作模式下为8 500~9 000 kg/kg,在冷凝操作模式下为6 000~6 500 kg/kg,比相同操作模式下SCG催化剂的活性分别高约100%和35%;共聚能力和氢调性都较理想,n(C=4):n(C=2)稳定在0.33~0.34,n(H=2):n(C=2)稳定在0.14~0.15.装置运行稳定,各操作参数均能满足工艺要求,得到的聚乙烯产品均为优级品.
Research and commercial application of a high activity gas phase polyethylene catalyst SLC-G were discussed. Catalyst activity of catalyst SLC-G reached 8500-9000 kg/kg under traditional operating conditions and 6000-6500 kg/kg under conditions with condensing, which were 100% and 35% higher respectively than catalyst SCG under same relevant conditions. When n(C4=):n(C2=) =0.33-0.34 and n(H2=):n(C2=)=0.14-0.15 catalyst SLC-G showed good copolymerization activity and hydrogen sensitivity. High grade polyethylene can be obtained on catalyst SLC-G.
