On the Judicial Dialectics Between WTO and the Economic Law Construction in Our Country

分析经济法的法学内涵,指出WTO对我国现行经济法的法律适用,探讨WTO机制与我国经济法建设的司法辨证。

Starting with a summary of the practice of the economic law construction in our country, this paper analyzes the connotation of economic law, demonstrates the judicial application of WTO to the construction of economic law in our country and probes into the judicial dialectics between WTO mechanism and the construction of economic law in our country.
