On the Reform of Academic Rank Appointment in SCUTA & CATAS

分析我院校职称评聘中存在的主要问题,并针对存在的问题,提出改革的工作思路。

This paper analyzes the essential problems concerning the work of academic rank appointment in South China University of Tropical Agriculture and China Academy of Tropical Agricultural Science and puts forward some suggestions about the reform in the light of the existent problems.
