中国对虾精子形态的超微结构研究

摘要 运用透射电镜对中国对虾精荚中成熟精子的形态进行观察,结果表明,中国对虾精子为非鞭毛型精子,外形呈椭圆形,由主体部、帽状部和刺突三部分组成。细胞核占主体部的大部分,其内染色质疏散;细胞质退化,无发现中心粒和线粒体。帽状部和刺突共同组成顶休复合体。中国对虾精子形态的超微结构与其它游泳虾类的基本结构是一致的。 The morphology of mature sperm in spermatophore of Penaeus orientalis is observed by transmission electron microscope and it is found that the nonflagellated sperm of P. orientalis is oval in shape, 6μm in length, and consisted of the main body, the cap, the spike. The nucleun had uncontinuous nuclear membrane, occupying the majority of the main dody, and its chromation is condensed tassel-like,but comparitively scat tered.Meanwhile,the cytoplasm is degenerating into the cytoplasm band. However, no centriole and no mitochondrium is found. The cap and the spike of the sperm made up the acrosome complex. It also shows that the ultrastructre of spermatic morphology of P. orietnalis is the same basic structure to other Natantia prawn.
