摘要
应用弹塑性工程理论,分析了板材弯曲后残余应力的成因及表达式。通过试验得出这种宏观残余应力的存在,使板材在拉伸载荷下局部提早屈服,从而使板材屈服强度降低,并指出此现象是由于拉伸过程中截面上应变不同步、不协调所致。
The cause of formation and expression of residual stress after plate bending is analyzed by applying spring plastic project theory.The existence of this macroscopical residual stress to make part earlier yield of plate under tensile load and make the yield strength of plate fall obtained after experiment.This macroscopical residual stress make part earlier yield of plate under tensile load and make the yield strength of plate fall and show this phenomena induced by stress of non synchronous and non harmonious in section during tensile.
