摘要
通过焊接试验确定焊条的选用,并制定合理的工艺参数,实现了 35CrMo钢在调质状态下与 16Mn钢的焊接。接头具较好的机械性能,尤其是冲击韧性,满足了焊件在动载荷工作条件的设计要求。
According to the welding test, the optimum electrode is sel ected and the proper procedure parameters are determined, thus 35CrMo Q.T.Steel and 16Mn steel is successfully welded. The welded joint has super mechanical pro perties and reaches the design requirement for working under dynamic loading con dition.
