摘要
论述了在端面跳动测量过程中,按照测量基准和实际基准之间的角度大小、方位 (忽略二者之间的偏距)及被测端面测量数据所处的圆周半径修正测量基准对实际基准不重合误差的原理和方法,根据端面跳动测量原理,用空间解析几何理论推导出了测量基准对实际基准的误差修正公式,给出了该方法的软件流程图,并对这种方法进行了实验分析,从而验证了此修正方法的正确性和有效性。最后分析了影响此方法修正准确度的主要因素。
In this pape r, the principle and the method of correcting the error caused by the disaccord between the measuring datum and the actual datum in measuring end-face run-out, according to the angle and position between the two datum (ignoring the distance between the two datum) and the radii corresponding with the data sampled on the measured end-face are described. On the basis of the end-face run-out measuring principle and the spatial analytical geometry theory, the error correcting form ula is derived. And the measuring software flow chart is presented. In order to verify the validity of this method, experiments are carried out. In the end, the main factors affecting the correcting precision of this method are discussed.
