摘要
本课题的研究目标是设计以中、小型制冷装置为服务对象的通用电脑控制器。本文介绍了该电脑控制器的软件设计框图,输入输出接口线路原理;中、小型制冷装置电脑控制系统;节能型自动除霜的软硬件设计。该电脑控制器具有体积小,价格低,控制功能强,稳定可靠等优点。适合中、小型制冷装置生产过程的自动检测和实时控制,是对制冷装置自动控制微机应用产品化的有益尝试。
This paper aims at studying the microcomputer control for the refri-gerating installation of middle or small size. The schematic diagram of software de-sign, the principle of connection line for input and output interface, the microcomputercontrol system for the installation and the designs of software and hardware for auto-defrost system of energy-save type were studied in the paper. The microcomputer controlhas the features of small dimension, high controllability, good stability and reliability,low cost, etc, and is appropriate to the self-test and real-time control of the refrigeratinginstallation in the process of running. Hence, it will help commercialize the energysave defrosting system for the refrigerating installation by microcomputer control.
