摘要
以革胡子鲶肾血淋巴细胞为材料,采用乌贼墨——秋水仙素——低渗处理——空气干燥法制作染色体标本,检测实验组平均分裂指数为5.14%,比对照组高0.7倍。结果表明,鸟贼墨是鱼肾血淋巴细胞新的丝裂原。
Mitqgenic effect of inkfish ink is obtained from blood lymphocytes of kidney of Clarias leather by in kfish ink-colchicine-hypatonic-air drying technique.The average mitotic index in experiment groups is 5.14%, 0.7 time taller than that in control group.Inkfish ink is a new mitogen of kidney blood lymphocytes of Clarias leather.
