摘要
采用水热电化学法在金属Ni基体上一步合成LiCo0 2Ni0 8O2薄膜电极。ICP AES、IR、XRD、SEM、CV等测试表明:薄膜电极LiCo0 2Ni0 8O2晶体为R3m型结构;薄膜由大小均匀、直径约为1μm的晶粒组成。通过水热电化学法制备的Li Co0 2Ni0 8O2薄膜电极具有良好的电性能。
LiCo_(0.2)Ni_(0.8)O_2 thin-film electrodes were synthesized by hydrothermal electrochemical method based on Ni metal system one-step.Their chemical composition, structure and electrochemical activity were checked by ICP-AES,infrared spectrum spectrometry, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and cyclic voltammograms pattern analysis. The prepared LiCo_(0.2)Ni_(0.8)O_2 film showed R3m structure.The films grew lamellar with homogenous grains, with diameter of about 1 μm. LiCo_(0.2)Ni_(0.8)O_2 film electrode made by hydrothermal electrochemical method could be used as cathode materials.It had good electrochemical performance.
