摘要
为了认识温度和电流对化成的影响,提高极板的质量,对化成过程和结果进行了研究。试验用TS1 5Ah的极板,分别在15℃、25℃、35℃、40℃、45℃和化成电流分别为1 4A、1 8A、2 0A、2 4A、2 8A、3 2A的条件下化成,对化成过程进行了分析和探讨。用化成的正极板进行了极板的外观目测、PbO2含量化验、初期性能和循环寿命测试。结果表明:①较小电流和在40℃左右化成,对蓄电池的循环寿命更有利;②25℃时化成的容量较高;③PbO2含量在35℃以下,随温度的升高而增加;但随电流的增加,PbO2含量有降低的趋势。
In order to know the effect of the temperature and current on the formation,to improve formation adaptability and the quality of plates, the formation process and result were analyzed. Using plates of TS1.5 Ah, it was formed and got polarization curves at the temperature of 15 ℃,25 ℃,35 ℃,40 ℃,45 ℃ and polarization current of 1.4 A,1.8 A,2.0 A,2.4 A,2.8 A,3.2 A. Through turning into the curves, the formation process had carried on analysis and discussion.Appearance estimating, PbO_2 content testing, initial performance and cycle life test were done with the positive plates.Through analyzing synthetically,the following trends were found out: ①Having more favorable cycle life of the battery if it was formed in smaller current and at 40 ℃. ②Having higher capacity it was formed in 25 ℃.③PbO_2 content was increased with rising of temperature below 35 ℃;to increase the current,PbO_2 content had the tendency to reduce.
