本文构造了一类计算双曲守恒律弱解的二阶精度的２Ｎ＋３点显式格式，这类格式在ＣＦＬ条件Ｎ的限制下为ＴＶＤ格式，这类格式是用改变一阶精度的２Ｎ＋１点格式的通量得到的，并证明了这类格式的收敛性．
篒n this paper，we present a class of new second-order accurate（2N ＋ 3）-point explicit schemes for the computation of weak solutions of hyperbolic conservationlaws，these schemes are diminishing in total variation under the CFL restriction of N。These schemes are obtained by applying first-order accurate（2N＋1 ）-point schemesto modified fluxes。We prove that these schemes are convergent。
