不同盐度对中国对虾血淋巴渗透浓度和离子浓度的影响 被引量:20

摘要 1、中国对虾生活在盐度为4.5-35.5%海水(渗透浓度为114-1178mOsm/kg)中,其血淋巴渗透浓度变化范围为587-797mOsm/kg。当海水渗透浓度为602mOsm/kg时,其血淋巴与海水等渗;当海水渗透浓度低于602mOsm/kg时,中国对虾表现为强高渗调节,高于602mOsm/kg时为中等低渗调节。2、中国对虾血淋巴中Na+离子在低盐度时为高高于调节,高盐度时为低离子调节。在试验盐度范围内,K+和Ca2+均为高高于调节,Mg2+为低高于调节。3、中国对虾对盐度突变有较强的适应能力。从盐度15‰海水转移到盐度70‰和28‰海水中,转移后分别在6和24小时中国对虾血淋巴渗透浓度基本能达到稳定。 The changes of hemolymph osmolarity of Penaeus orientalis are from 587 to 797 mOsm/L at salinities between 4. 5 - 35. 5‰ (114 - 1178 mOsm/L). The hemolymph osmolarity is isosmotic to seawater at 602 mOsm/L and shows a strong hyperosmotic regulation to the medium below isosmotic concentration and a moderate hypoosmotic regulation to those above.Hemolymph Na+ concentration is hyperregulated at low salinities and hyporegulated at high salinities. Hemolymph K+ and Ca2+ concentrations are hyperregulated, and hemolymph Mg2+ concentration is hyporegulated at all experimental salinities.P. orientalis has a strong ability to regulate hemolymph osmolarity after the abrupt salinity change. The hemolymph osmolarity become stable within 6 and 24 hr when the prawns abruptly transfer from initial seawater (15‰ salinity) to experimental seawaters (7‰ and 28 ‰ salinity).
