Analysis of torsional vibration for the axle system of the steel-rolling motor with AC converter speed-regulating

轧机采用交流变频驱动后,扭振问题非常突出。为避免发生机械事故,本文对包钢和鞍钢交流变频驱动1150初轧机进行了扭振测试。并根据实测结果,通过计算和分析研究了各种扭振现象。

Driven by the motor with AC converter,torsional vibration of the mill is very obvious.To avoid a mechanical fault,the measurement of torsional vibration is made on 1150mm blooming mills driven by motor with AC converter in Baotou Steel and Rare Bare Company and Anshan Iron and Steel Company.The various kinds of torsional vibration are researched by calculauon and analysis according to measuremental results.
