From Sanxian Construction to Development of West China

文章从新中国成立后进行的西部地区大规模的建设与开发——三线建设入手进行了研究,客观地分析了三线建设的得失,并据此探讨了新形势下如何搞好西部大开发的有关问题。

The paper endeavors an objective analysis of the success and failure in the large-scale development of West China right after the founding of P. R. China, namely Sanxian construction, and thereby reflects upon how to develop West China under present conditions.
