摘要
工作分析是现代企业管理的重要方法,也是一种先进的管理技术手段。工作分析目的是在不增加设备、资金、人员投入情况下,通过科学合理地安排组织内部各项工作,明确各岗位责任及各岗位相互关系,挖掘组织内部潜力,从而使组织系统实现其最优功能。因此,联合国国际劳工组织为帮助广大发展中国家提高工作效率极力倡导进行工作分析。本文就我国高等学校应用工作分析,对提高办学效益的意义与作用进行了探讨。
Job analysis is an important management method of modern corporation administration as well as an advanced management technique. Job analysis aims to fulfill better functions of an organization without increasing the input of equipment, fund and personnel through scientific arrangement of every job within the organization, defining clearly the duties of every post and the relations between the posts and therefore bringing the potentials of the organization to full play. Consequently, International Labor Organization sparkplugs job analysis in developing countries in order to improve work efficiency. The paper discusses the meanings and functions of the application of job analysis in Chinese universities for improving the efficiency of running a school.
