本文根据薄壁结构扭转理论,提出了钢包回转台转臂结构强度计算的解析法,并通过实例的计算分析,证明了本文方法的正确性和实际应用的可行性。另外,还讨论了钢包不同升降方式对回转台结构应力场特征的影响。

Based on the torsion theory of the thin wall structure, the analytic method of the strength calculation of the rotating arm structure of the ladle swing tower is advanced in the paper. And by the strength calculation and structure analysis with the actual instance. The results demonstreate the validity and the reliability of the method. In addition, the influences of the different lifting manner of the ladle on the stress field characteristics of the turret are discussed.
