摘要
经营战略和信息系统技术战略的结合要从两个方面加以考虑:即战略匹配和功能集成。所谓战略匹配,是指任何战略均需考虑外部定位和内部管理。功能集成是指信息系统技术战略和业务战略的集成。
The alignment of business stralegies and information systems technology are concerned in strategy matching and functional integration. The former refers to that any strategy should think about exterior alignment and inner management. The latter directs at the integration of information systems technology strategy and business strategy, the mutual effect between these two is chiefly studied.
