山东半岛渔民和农民心血管病危险因素的对比研究

THE STUDY OF PREVALENCE OF RISK FACTORS FOR CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE AMONG FISHERMEN AND FARMERS IN SHANDONG PENINSULA

心血管病危险因素的筛检可以估计该人群的发病水平。同一地区渔村与农村对比研究结果:渔村高血压患病率1.69%,略低于农村,TC146.36mg/dl、TG79.55mg/dl,均与农村相似,HDL-C,HDL_3-C低于农村,HDL_2-C与农村相似,因此HDL_2-C/HDL_3-C比值高于农村。渔村吸烟率高但同时伴有饮酒,嗜盐度低于农村,超重及肥胖率与农村无差异。不具有心血管病主要危险因素是渔民心血管病患病率低的原因之一。

Hypertension hypercholesterolemia smoking are certainlyrisk factors for cardiovascular disease(CVD),It is theoretical basis ofthe study that the prevalence of risk factors in given population reflect their morbid level of CVD.The comparativety could be raised when therisk factors of CVD are concurrently studied among fishermen and farmersat the same region.The result of study indicates that the prevalence of hypertension infisherman belongs to the category of lowgrade in whole country and muchlower than that of farmers but there is no significant difference betweenthem.There is no difference of TC between fishermen and farmers.The HDL-C of fishermen is lower than that of farmers as well as HDL3-C but theratio or HDL2-C/HDL3-C is no significant difference.In order to eliminate the influence of sex and age upon the lipoprotein,the matching comparison is used as analysis of the data.Consequently,the result is similar to the evidence mentioned above except the HDL2-C/HDL3-C ratio in fishermen is higher than that in farmers.As wellknown the ratio of HDL2-C/HDL3-C plays a major role on the preventionfrom atherosclerosis,it may be helpful to protect the fishermen sufferingfrom CVD.All of the remain ratio of lipoprotein lie in the normal range.Although the rate of smoking in fishermen is.quite high,simultaneously,the smoking of fishermen is accompanied with drinking.Conclusively,the absence of the main risk factors for CVD must be considered as thereason why the prevalence of CVD is at low level in fishermen comparedwith the general population.
