The pattern of the Soviet Union characterised by the high concentration came into being under the special condition of the social history.It has its existent hiotorical necessity and reasonableness and has played an active role in the specified historical period. But it is not an ideal pattern. With the development of history, its abuse has more and more exposed and brought about a lot of harms and sufferings to the socialism and also left us mang profound lessons.
