It's quite necessary to make the importance of quality education widely known during the process of transformation from the test-taking education to the quality education. The quality education is an efficlent way to realine the aim of education. It's completely new. It's also an ability education for the future Aiming at the training of creative talents the quality education emphasives the development of the students' creative ablity.To practise the quality education, a creative teaching staff is necessary which can train the students' creative ability of their own accord,for the normal education is an important part of the quality education which can not be neglected.
