我们有一整套扩大内需的宏观经济政策，也不缺乏包括西方经济学在内的宏观经济理论。但是，为何近年来接连出台的扩张性经济政策并未使扩大内需目标达到预期效果？这是因为我国深层次的体制和结构的矛盾还没有得到解决，弱化了宏观经济政策效力的发挥。这一问题应该引起我们的重视。

Even though we have made out a whole series of macro - dilation policies to extend the domestic consumption, and also the policies reflect the macro-economics theories of the western Economics. While the successive macro - dilation policies we have taken recently can't reach the aim we have expevted. The main reason is due to our inner economic system and the economic stracture contradictions, it has weakened the policies' effects. This problem should draw our attention.
