教学质量的优劣，是民办学校兴衰的关键。现在的当务之急是必须努力探索新的工作途径，在提高教学质量上下功夫，重视教师队伍建设，改善办学条件，规范教学管理制度，严格教学质量评估。

Quality of teaching is of prime importance for schools run by the local people.To improve it,local schools have to face the pressing demands of the day which follows. 1)Improving the quality of teaching staff,2)Bettering the conditions of local schools; 3)Regulating the managing rules;4) Be serious in the assessment of teaching quality.
