摘要 用液中干燥法制备了含Ketoprofen的Eudragit-RS微型胶囊,为防止微囊的带电性和粘着性,在微囊化过程中,试用了数种硬脂酸金属盐作分散剂。结果表明,三硬脂酸铝用量少,所成微囊表面光滑,分散性好。用此法所制的微囊含量准确,具有明显的缓释作用,为制备Ketoprofen的长效或缓解制剂提供了新途径。 Abstract This article gives an introduction to the preparation of theKetoprofen-containing Eudragit-RS.To avoid the electrification andadheision of Eudragit microcapsules,the stearate of several metals hasbeen tried out as dispersing agent during the microeneapsulation and theresults show that the consumption of trialuminum stearate is the least,the microcapsules prepared with trialuminum stearate have very smoothsurface,and the dispersing activity of trialuminum stearate is thebest.The microcapsules prepared with it have accurate content andremarkable sustained release.The microencapsulation with trialuminumstearate has provides a new way for the preparation of the long-actingand slow-releasing forms of Ketoprofen.
