摘要
学校心理咨询可以划分为两个层次 ,一是发展性咨询 ,面向全体学生 ,旨在进行个人的智力和潜能开发 ,各种心理冲突和心理危机的早期预防和干预 ,帮助他们实现最佳发展 ,最大限度地提高心理健康水平 ;二是治疗性咨询 ,面向少数特定学生 ,针对他们在心理、学习和社会适应方面存在的严重问题或不正常状态 ,进行心理指导和矫治 .目前 ,学校心理咨询的工作重点正在从重指导、重治疗的咨询模式向重发展、重预防的咨询模式转变 ,这是学校心理咨询不断发展的必然结果 ,也是现代高等教育对心理咨询发展的客观要求 .发展性咨询是通过“他助———互助———自助”的过程进行的 ,即助人自助、实现自我是发展性咨询的最终目标 .
The school psychological counseling can be classified into two categories_the development counseling and the remedy counseling.The development counseling aims at assisting all students to exploit their individual intelligence and potentials,and taking early precautions against different kinds of psychological conflicts and crisis so as to achieve sound psychological health and best self_development,while remedy counseling aims at assisting and curing the special groups who have problems in their psychological balance,study and social adaptability.The development counseling provides a special help for the client through the active process of 'Reliance-inter-relation-self-reliance'.
