摘要
用化学动力学方法和高效液相色谱分析考察了抗瘤酮A_(10)在消化道pH条件下的稳定性。其溶液pH1.3时半衰期330天,pH7.0时33天,最稳定的pH1~2。水解反应为假一级反应。
To predicate the chemical stability of antineoplaston A_(10)under the conditions of artificial alimentary canal juices and its stablestpH,an accelerated test known as classical isothermal method was used.The quantitative analysis of antineoplaston A_(10)was performed byHPLC.It was found that the hydrolysis of A_(10)is essentially fit inwith pseudo first-order reaction.The experimental results showed thatthe period of half-life at room temperature is about 330 days at pH 1.3and 33 days at pH 7.The stablest pH is 1—2 similar to the pH atgastric juice
