木素酶降解蔗渣浆残余木素机理的研究

摘要 采用核磁共振氢谱 ( 1H NMR)和碳谱 ( 13 C NMR)的分析手段 ,研究白腐菌PhanerochaeteChrysosporium固体发酵分泌的木素酶降解蔗渣浆中残余木素的机理。1H NMR分析表明 ,经过木素酶预处理残余木素部分苯环结构发生了开环反应 ,产生CC双键结构 ,酚羟基含量降低 ,含酚羟基的木素优先降解 ,残余木素中的醇羟基含量升高 ;13 C NMR分析结果表明木素分子的Cα—Cβ连接键、部分侧链、β O The mechanism of degradation of residual lignin in bagasse pulp during biobleaching with ligninase was studied by means of 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. The 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra showed that the structure of the residual lignin before and after the biobleaching were different. The treatment resulted in the break of phenyl which produced C=C. In addition, the content of phenolic hydroxyl was increased. This indicated that the lignin containing phenolic hydroxyl degraded firstly. 13C-NMR showed that the oxidative cleavage of Cα-Cβ bond, side chains, β-O-4 bond and methoxy group played an important role in delignification of the pulp.
