硫酸盐法蔗渣浆低ClO_2用量的无元素氯漂白

摘要 进行了硫酸盐法蔗渣浆低ClO2 用量的DQP漂白研究 ,并与常规CEH漂白结果作了比较。研究结果表明 ,蔗渣浆经DQP流程漂白 ,当有效氯用量为 1 0 % (折合ClO2 用量为 0 38% ) ,H2 O2 用量为 2 0 %时 ,在优化条件下可达到 83%ISO以上的白度。与CEH漂白浆相比 ,DQP漂白浆的白度稳定性较好 ,粘度和强度较高 。 DQP bleaching of bagasse kraft pulp with less chlorine dioxide charge was studied, and the bleaching results, pulp strength and effluent characteristics were compared between DQP and CEH sequences. The results indicated that bagasse pulp can be bleached to the brightness of above 83%ISO by DQP sequence under optimal conditions (charge of C1O2 was 0.38% and charge of H2O2 was 2.0%). Compared with CEH bleaching, DQP bleaching could produce the pulp with better brightness stability, higher viscosity, better strength properties and lower pollution.
