摘要
研究了高浓度废水 (檀皮蒸煮黑液 )厌氧处理后的好氧 (SBR)工艺处理 ,对进水浓度、pH值、曝气时间、SVI和污泥负荷等的处理效果进行了考察。结果表明 :进水CODCr为 1 6 2 0 7mg/L ,pH值为 7 0 ,曝气时间为 2 0h ,SVT为 85mL/g ,有机负荷为 0 2 5kgCODCr/kgMLSS·d时 ,去除效果好 ,CODCr去除率可达 90 %以上 ,但对色度去除效果不理想。再进行混凝处理 ,色度的去除效果好 ,处理最终出水可达标排放。
In this paper,the anaerobic-treated black liquor fr om wingceltis bark pulping in Xuan paper mill treated furtherly by SBR(Sequencin g Batch Reactor)process is studied The entering water concentration,pH value, ae ration period,SVI and sludge loading,etc influence the treatment efficiency Th e result shows:when the concentration of COD Cr is 1620 7 mg/L,the pH va lue is 7,a eration period is 20h,sludge loading is 0 25 kg COD Cr /kg' MLSS·d,th e removal rate of COD Cr can reach to 90%,but removal rate of chroma is not good If coag ulation is continued after SBR,the removal rate of the chroma becomes better The ultimat e effluent can meet the discharged water regulation
