中浓纸浆流体化过程的数学模拟及临界雷诺数 被引量:8

摘要 研究了中浓纸浆悬浮液在不同剪切场内达到湍流状态时 (实现流体化 )的流体力学性能 ,给出了中浓纸浆所受剪切应力和转子转速之间的数学模型 ,并通过该模型 ,求得中浓纸浆悬浮液实现流体化时的临界剪切应力τd,并且通过“表观粘度法”计算出中浓纸浆达到湍流时的临界雷诺数Re 。此外 ,中浓纸浆在偏心转子形成的剪切流场内较难确定其临界点 。 The fluidized characters of medium-consistency pulp suspensi ons when they reached turbulent flow under various shear fields were studied in thi s paper, the mathematical relation between the shear stress and the rotary speed of the rotor was established, the critical shear stress τ d and the critical Reynolds Re * number were calculated according to this mathemat ic al model and the'apparent viscosity methods'. The experiments results showed t hat the critical point in the shear field created by the eccentric rotor was hardly determined, t he vibration also happened easily in this condition.
